Here is a detailed list of the flavors we sell.

Each includes a description of what goes into the ice cream, a little history, and any awards that they have won.

NEW! Means this flavor is new for 2013!

-African Vanilla- The absolute best vanilla ice cream that we could make. Extremely smooth and flavorful. The special vanilla extract comes form the Bourbon Islands, off the coast of Madagascar, which is off the east coast of Africa.

-All Nighter- Coffee ice cream with chunks of cookie dough, crushed Oreo cookies, with a fudge swirl. Winner of the University of Delaware Ag Department best flavor contest

-Bacon- African Vanilla ice cream with actual pieces of bacon. The final recipe came from the Ice Cream School at Penn State University, after we made homemade bacon ice cream at the American Royal World Barbecue Championships in Kansas City and finished 5th out of 500! Made on the TV Food Network show Unwrapped during fall of 2008.

-Bacon, Maple with Jack Daniels- Our famous Bacon ice cream mixed with maple syrup and the ultimate breakfast food- Jack Daniels

-Banana With peanut Butter- Banana ice cream made with real bananas and swirled with tons of peanut butter.

-Beer Ice Cream– Creamy cappuccino coffee ice cream with microbrewed Indian Brown Ale from Dogfish Head Brewery, from Rehoboth Beach Delaware.

-Ben Franklin’s Spicy Hot Chocolate- Milk Chocolate ice cream, flavored with European cinnamon and African Mombasa pepper sauce (You Can’t Handle This Hot Sauce). From an original recipe of Ben Franklin’s, from the early 1800’s.
-Ben Franklin’s Tomato- African vanilla ice cream with sugared egg yolks, castor (superfine) sugar. Heinie Hurtn’ Hot Sauce and Campbell’s tomato juice.

-Better than Sex- 2012 #1 Best Seller Our special cake batter ice cream with Duncan Hine’s Devils Food Cake Mix and African vanilla extract mixed into it. Crunched up Heath Bars are added to the mixture and fudge is ribboned throughout. Won 3^rd place ribbon at the 2009 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival. 1^st palce at the May 2009 customer tasting party!

-Black Cherry Vanilla- Vanilla ice cream stocked with big, plump, dark sweet cherries from Oregon.

-Black Forest- milk chocolate ice cream with small chocolate chips and dark Oregon sweet cherries

-Black Raspberry- Raspberry ice cream made with real raspberry puree. It has no sugar added and it’s low carb.

-Blood Orange Mango Ice Cream-NEW for 2013!- African Vanilla ice cream with Blood Orange Juice, puree & flavoring, a pinch of salt, superfine sugar and mango flavoring. From a great gelato maker in the Chelsea Market in New York City.

-Blue Ribbon Chocolate- Milk Chocolate ice cream that won the Blue Ribbon for the perfect Milk Chocolate ice cream with the highest score in the country.

-Booger- Green colored African Vanilla ice cream with green colored caramel swirl and marshmallow bits. Finished 2^nd at the 2010 tasting event.

-Boston Cream Pie- Creamy French Vanilla ice cream, with a giant fudge ripple. Finished 4th in the 2012 Ice Cream Social Tasting Event. Winner of the Woodside Farms Creamery best new flavor contest!

-Breakfast in Bed-NEW for 2013!- African Vanilla ice cream with pasteurized egg yolks, real maple syrup, and of course BACON!

-Brown Shugah Vanilla- Our creamy African Vanilla ice cream, made with Turbinado brown sugar. The recipe came from a little ice cream shop in downtown Atlanta, and we kept the spelling just the way they had it.

-Butter Brickle- Butter ice cream scattered with toffee pieces and almond chips.

-Butter Pecan Nut Crunch- We wanted to make the best Butter Pecan ice cream in existence. This recipe came from an ice cream parlor in Denton, Texas, where the secret to making it better was that we had to follow the original recipe, which called for a “s**tload” of real butter. We also add many more pecans.

-Butterscotch Pudding- Butterscotch flavored Cake Batter ice cream, AKA – Luna Lovegood Butterscotch Pudding (a character from the Harry Potter books)

-Buttery Salted Caramel- 2012 #3 Best Seller Caramel praline pecan ice cream made with salted butter and sea salt. So irresistible, you’ll want to stick your finger in it. Made with extra egg yolks. NICRA, at the national show Greenville, South Carolina, Buttery Salted Caramel won 2nd place at the National Championship

-Cake Batter- The trick to making the best Cake Batter ice cream is to mix real Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix with the raw ice cream before pasteurization. We do not add the eggs and we fully mix the product first, so there is not a hint of a gritty taste.

-Cake Batter Cookie Dough-2012 #5 Best Seller- Sweet cake batter ice cream with authentic chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough.

-Cake Batter with Reese's Cups- Cake batter ice cream with crushed Reeses cups & peanut butter swirl. 1st place at the May, 2011 ice cream tasting party!
-Cappuccino Crunch- Cappuccino coffee ice cream mixed with butter brickle and crushed Heath Bars.

-Captain Crunch- Any flavor or combination of our ice cream flavors topped with Original Captain Crunch cereal.

-Cereal Killer- Any flavor of ice cream or combination of our ice cream flavors topped with original Captain Crunch cereal.

-Chamomile Tea with Honey & Lemon-NEW for 2013! -African Vanilla ice cream made with brewed tea, Orange Blossom Honey & Lemon.

-Cherry Coke- Sweet cream ice cream mixed with cherry coke syrup and Oregon black cherry halves.

-Chocolate Addiction Goes Nuts- Serious Chocolate Addiction Ice Cream with whole and chopped pecans added in.

-Chocolate Brownie Batter- Milk chocolate ice cream mix is mixed with real brownie batter mix (no eggs are used) Strong taste of actual brownie batter. Won the 3^rd place ribbon at the 2008 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival.

-Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough- Milk Chocolate ice cream with real chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough mixed in.

-Chocolate Chocolate Thunder- The absolute best chocolate ice cream that we could make. Milk chocolate ice cream blended with dark chocolate, white chocolate, and strong African Vanilla extract. Won the 2^nd place ribbon at the 2008 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival.

-Chocolate Covered Bacon- We use the famous bacon ice cream as the base and then fold in pieces of freshly pan-fried bacon that has been dipped in our enrobing chocolate & then frozen.

-Chocolate Red Velvet Brownie Ice Cream- Cake Batter ice cream, flavored with Chocolate Red Velvet Cake, with a wide brownie battter ripple.

-Chocolate Rum Raisin-New for 2013!- Chocolate ice cream flavored with rum. Chocolate covered raisins and rum soaked raisins are added to the ice cream.

-Chunky Pineapple- A vanilla ice cream base with tons of real pineapple chunks and a little real pineapple juice added

-Cinnamon Bun- Cake Batter ice cream, flavored with cinnamon and brown sugar. With butterscotch swirled throughout.

-Cioccolato Scuro (Bittersweet Chocolate)- Rich, black and serious bittersweet chocolate ice cream.

-Coconut- Coconut flavored ice cream with real shaved coconut flakes added as well as toasted coconut.

-Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip- Coconut ice cream with chopped almonds and miniature chocolate chips

-Coconut Coconut Coconut- Coconut flavored ice cream with shaved coconut added in and toasted coconut throughout.

-Cola Vanilla- The famous African Vanilla ice cream flavored with actual Coca Cola syrup. This recipe came from an ice cream parlor in New Orleans.

-Cool Beans Blue Ribbon Vanilla- Our Gold Medal winning vanilla ice cream.

-Cookie Dough Rock Slide- Cake Batter ice cream, cookie dough, fudge, peanut butter.

-Cookie Dough with Crushed Oreo Cookies- Exactly like it sounds, start with the best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and add smashed up Oreo cookies.

-Cookie Monster- Blue colored, cotton candy flavored ice cream, with crushed Oreo cookies and pieces of chocolate chip cookie dough. This recipe won 1^st place nationally in the candy category, and 2^nd at our 2009 customer tasting party.

-Cornbread Ice Cream NEW for 2013!- Cake batter ice cream with extra Superfine sugarand cornbread mix!

-Crack Ice Cream 2012 #2 Best Seller! -Brown Shugah Vanilla ice cream with pasteurized egg yolk, butter and sea salt. Finished FIRST at our May 2012 customer tasting party.

-Crack These Big Nuts NEW for 2013!- Crack ice cream with a massive amount of assorted nutes mixed throughout: Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, and Pecans.

-Delaware Peach- Peach flavored ice cream with lots of real, Delaware peaches added to it and the addition of nectarine puree.

Dirt-NEW for 2013! Milk chocolate ice cream with crushed Oreo cookies & gummi worms. And, if you wish, it is topped with a "real" worm snack.

-Dolly Madison Strawberry- This is the original recipe for ice cream as we no it today! From Aunt Sally Shedd, in the early 1800’s. Made famous at a White House banquet. A very creamy, Sweet Cream ice cream made with juice from sugared strawberries. We made this historic flavor on the History TV Channel Show, to be shown this summer!

-Expresso Chip- Very strong coffee/espresso flavored ice cream with lots of mini chocolate chips.

-Extreme Vanilla Bean-The best vanilla ice cream ever made! Madagascar Bourbon Island vanilla extract is mixed with Indonesian, Tahitian and French vanillas. Real vanilla bean flakes are also added to the mix.

-Fluffer Nutter- Peanut butter ice cream with marshmallow crème running through it.

-Fruity Pebbles-NEW for 2013!- African Vanilla ice cream with Fruity Pebbles cereal.

-Ghost Pepper Ice Cream-Scorpion Sting ice cream with Mad Dog 357, Heartbreaking Dawns 1841, and Da' Bomb Ghost Pepper sauces added. Our good friends from Two Fat Guys Restaurant in Hockession have alson added in some fresh Ghost pepper mash. You will not be able to taste or buy this ice cream without first signing a waiver!

-Gingerbread Cookie- Cake Batter ice cream with tons of hand broken up gingerbread men.

-Going Nuts With Chocolate- Milk chocolate ice cream with lots of peanuts, almonds, cashews and pecans.

-Green Mint Chocolate Chip with Crushed Oreos and Cookie Dough- Just what it sounds like, a great mixture of all four flavors (made with spearmint extract.)

-Holy Purple Cow- Raspberry ice cream with blueberry ribboned throughout. White and milk chocolate chips added in.

-Junk in the Trunk- African Vanilla ice cream with brownie pieces, pretzel pieces, crushed Oreo cookies and pieces of white chocolate and dark chocolate.

-Latte Da-Cappuchino Coffee ice cream with added caffeine and energy drink

-Lavender- Vanilla Bean ice cream with Lavender extract and the actual purple Lavender flower added, as well as a touch of Orange Blossom Honey

-Lemon Chiffon with Red Bull- Tart lemon chiffon ice cream mixed with Red Bull energy drink. AKA: Energy.

-Lemon Coconut- Lemon chiffon ice cream with coconut flavoring and coconut pieces.

-Looks Like Viagra- Orange pineapple ice cream that happens to be colored blue/purple. A Mid-western ice cream parlor favorite. AKA: Viagra, Cialis, Blue Moon.

-Lucky Charms- African Vanilla ice cream with tons of the little freeze dried marshmallows made famous in Lucky Charms cereal.

-Mango Sorbet- Completely dairy free, mango fruit flavored (great for smoothies).

-Mayan Chocolate Cinnamon- Milk chocolate ice cream infused with real cinnamon and charged with a wee bit of Cayenne pepper.

-Mental Floss for Trailer Trash- Vanilla ice cream with Oreo, Twix, Butterfinger, Nestle Crunch, M&M’s & Reeses Pieces.

-Midnight Snack- Coffee ice cream with peanut butter swirl, chocolate chunks and crushed graham crackers. 2009 National Champion from St. Paul, Minnessota.

-Milk Chocolate Jack Daniels- Milk Chocolate ice cream infused with authentic Jack Daniels Whiskey that has been marinated overnight with grapes!

-Minty Python-NEW for 2013! - Milk chocolate ice cream with peppermint flavoring. Mixed with broken up York Peppermint patties and mini chocolate chips. Each cone is topped with a real York Peppermint Patty.

-Mint Milano-NEW for 2013!- Spearmint ice cream with broken up Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies and ribboned with chocolate fudge.

-Motor Oil- Smooth coffee ice cream with fudge ripple and caramel ripple, colored green.

-Mountain Dew- African Vanilla ice cream mixed with Mountain Dew syrup, orange juice and crushed pineapple.

-My Milkshake Brings All The Boys To The Store!-NEW for 2013! - Blue Ribbon Milk Chocolate Ice Cream with Madagascar vanilla extract. A ribbon of milk chocolate runs throughout the ice cream.

-Nutty Cake Batter- Cake Batter ice cream mixed with lots of peanuts, cashews, almonds & pecans.

-Ooey Gooey- Cake Batter ice cream with crushed Oreo cookies and swirled with caramel and with chocolate fudge. First place at the 2010 Ice Cream Tasting Event.

-Oreo Cookie Cake Batter- Cake Batter ice cream with crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate sprinkles.

-Peach Melba-Extreme Vanilla Bean and Peach ice cream with peaches and a raspberry ribbon.

-Peanut Butter and Jelly- Peanut Butter ice cream with raspberry ribboned throughout.

-Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie-NEW for 2013!- Creamy Peanut Butter ice cream with lots of crushed Oreo Cookies. Second place at the May, 2012 customer tasting party!

-Peanut Butter with Brownies- Creamy Skippy peanut butter ice cream, waves of caramel ripple, and chunks of brownies. Finished 3^rd at the 2010 tasting event.

-Pear Green Tea- Imported green tea ice cream with a subtle fresh pear infusion. AKA: Tea of Tranquility.

-Peeps- African vanilla ice cream colored bright yellow. With marshmallow flavoring & crystallized sugar.

-Peppermint Brownie-NEW for 2013!- Pink mint chocolate chip ice cream with brownie pieces, white chocolate chips and a chocolate fudge swirl.
-Philly Butter Cake-NEW for 2013!- Cake batter ice cream with pasteurized eggs, superfine sugar, vanilla extract, a lot of butter and a pinch of salt.

-Pink Mint Chip- Made with real peppermint extract, which is why the mint flavor is so intense. The dark, sweet chocolate chips just make it so much better.

-Pink Mint Chocolate Chip with Crushed Oreos and Cookie Dough- Just what it sounds like, a great mixture of all four flavors (also made with peppermint extract).

-Pistachio Cardamom Honey- African vanilla ice cream with cardamom spice (from India) with a touch of Orange Blossom honey added as well as a small amount of Pistachio flavoring.

-Pop Rocks- Any flavor of ice cream can be used and we layer authentic Pop Rocks over the top of the ice cream. It really does pop in your mouth. Available Pop Rock flavors include Strawberry and Watermelon.

-Praline Pecan- Brown Sugah Vanilla ice cream with praline flavoring, caramel ribboned throughout, and tons of crushed pecans added in.

-Pumpkin Pecan- Pumpkin ice cream made with pumpkin pie filling and mixed with pecan pieces.

-Raspberry Sorbet- Dairy free, so that customers that are lactose intolerant will love it. A very rich raspberry flavor and dark raspberry color.

-Raspberry Chocolate Thunder- Chocolate Chocolate Thunder ice cream with raspberry rippled throughout. Winner 2009 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival.

-Rocky Peppermint Road- Milk chocolate ice cream with miniature marshmallows and nuts. The peppermint comes from crushed candy canes. Won First Place ribbon at the 2008 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival. Also 2009 2^nd Place Ribbon at Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival.

-Salty Milk Chocolate- Milk chocolate ice cream with a ribbon of fudge throughout, mixed with sea salt, crushed Oreo cookies and crushed heath bars. AKA: Dewey Beach Pothole

-Samoa- Coconut flavored Milk Chocolate ice cream with flakes of coconut and a heavy fudge and caramel ripple. Our attempt to match the famous Girl Scout Cookie.

-Scorpion Sting - African Vanilla ice cream, flavored with Cayenne pepper, cinnamon and You Can’t Handle This Hot Sauce, with deep red strawberry ribboned throughout. A real scorpion is placed on top of each cone!

-Serious Black- Dark chocolate ice cream with red raspberry ripple. Made even blacker with food coloring. It does leave your lips a bit darker.

-Serious Chocolate Addiction- Chocolate Chocolate Thunder ice cream with chocolate flakes added and fudge rippled throughout.

-Sour Cherry- NEW for 2013!- Vanilla ice cream with sour cherry flavoring, black cherry 1/2's, mini chocolate raspberry truffle cups and lemon juice.

-Spearmint-NEW for 2013!- Yellow colored Spearmint flavored vanilla ice cream with pasteurized egg yolks, a pinch of salt and mini chocolate chips.

-Spinach- African vanilla ice cream with finely ground up fresh spinach folded in. A recipe from Baltimore. AKA: Popeye’s Favorite

-Strawberry Oreo- Smooth strawberry ice cream with tons of sliced strawberries and crushed authentic Oreo cookies.

-Stifler's Mom-NEW for 2013!- Brown shugah vanilla ice cream with Cayenne pepper powder, candied pecans and a caramel ribbon.

-Sweet Corn- We use a sweet cream base and add real sweet, sugary corn to it.

-Thai Coconut Ice Cream-NEW for 2013!- Coconut milk/ vanilla ice cream made with sugared coconut flavoring and flakes.

-The Fig's Up-NEW for 2013!- African vanilla ice cream with fig preserves, natural orange blossom honey, cinnamon and small pieces of dates.

-Thin Mint-Milk chocolate ice cream with crushed Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies

-Third Trimester-Peanut Butter ice cream with bananas and chocolate swirl

-This Is the Ice Cream Your Parents Warned You About - Coffee ice cream with Kahlua coffee liquere And Baily’s Irish Cream

-This Ish is Off the Hook-NEW for 2013!- Crack ice cream with mini chocolate chips, brownie pieces, pecans, crushed Oreo cookies and a caramel swirl.

-Thunder and Lightning- Chocolate, Chocolate Thunder ice cream with thick, white marshmallow ribbons running throughout.

-Traffic Jam- Strawberry / African Vanilla ice cream with peaches, strawberry swirl, cranberries and black cherries.

-Turtle Candy- Rich milk chocolate ice cream with caramel swirl and toasted pecans. AKA: Talorico Turtle, Britney Spears (Two Scoops)

-Unleash the Green Fairy- Licorice flavored, African Vanilla ice cream, made with authentic Absinthe liquor, salt, mini chocolate chips and sugared, pasteurized egg yolk.

-Watermelon Sorbet- Dairy free and made with real watermelon fruit and watermelon flavoring.

-White Lightning- White chocolate ice cream with ribbons of marshmallow.
